We have New England Showdown with Connecticut Valley Vs Kelsen Brewing and you decide who is the best!

Here is some Info about each Brewery:

Connecticut Valley —
The brewery that became Connecticut Valley started out as a gypsy concern, brewing where they could – whilst also honing their recipes at the same time (such as their flagship New England IPA Trailblazer). Eventually the stars aligned and Lori and Steve built their own brewery, from the ground up, in the town of South Windsor, just outside the state capital city of Hartford.

Kelsen Brewing — Four years ago the small town of Derry, New Hampshire gained its first brewery when the long-time dream of childhood friends Erik and Paul became a reality. Having homebrewed together since 2010 the pair managed to make a go of it in 2014, using a small 3BBL system to create their core beers Paradigm Brown Ale, Battle Axe IPA, and Draken Robust Porter. All three won medals within two years.

Beers you can expect from Connecticut:

Trailblazer
New England IPA, 8.0%
This signature New England style IPA hits you with a bouquet of citrus from the first sip. A copious amount of Citra hops imparts bold orange notes and finishes with an onslaught of pithy grapefruit zest.

A Fantastic Voyage
New England IPA, 6.5%
Beginning with a flowery tangerine aroma, this brew shows its depth with a distinct grapefruit punch before finishing with a spicy melon tang.

Into the Woods
New England IPA, 6.5%
Mosaic and Columbus hops play off one another to drive home a bold woodsy essence. A subtle rose blossom aroma leads into underlying notes of papaya, melon and spice.

Beers you can expect from Kelsen Brewing:

Battle Axe IPA
India Pale Ale, 7.2%
Kelsen’s flagship IPA is dry-hopped with Mosaic, Columbus, Ella, and El Dorado. Clean and danky with notes of pineapple and grapefruit.

Hoplite Session IPA
India Pale Ale, 5.2%
This Summer Session IPA has minimal bitterness and big notes of fresh cut melon from a generous Amarillo and Belma dry hop.
